If you live within these boundaries you may be eligible for Membership in our Association.
According to our by-laws there are only 95 memberships available
Currently for New Members the Association dues are as follows:
$500.00 initial pool and Key Deposit
$35.00 per month Pool Dues
(payable on the 1st and considered late on the last day of each month)
$5.00 late fee, Accumulative for each 30 days late.
Annual Payment @ $385.00 ( Savings of One Month's Dues )
